E-Design Terms & Conditions

1. E Design consultation provides an online Interior Design Service only, for the purpose of suggesting interior furnishing, decorative items, and hard finish materials (flooring, tiles, kitchen cabinets, sanitary ware, paint and wall finishes)
2. Our E-Design package includes scaled floorplan but does not include elevations with specific detail for joiner & builder. It can include for 3Ds
3. The client agrees to correspond via email. A single round of revision is allowed for. Any further revisions to the final package will be invoice at €130 per hour plus 23% VAT
4. The client is responsible to take accurate measurements of the space for our E- Design Consultation. Floorplans will be drawn based on the measurements provided by the client and EWD will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements. The client must also advise EWD if there is any restrictive access that may hinder the specification of sizing for furniture and ensure there is adequate access to the property and that door width, heights, &stairways etc are considered.
5. A Booking fee is required for the E-Design Consultation Service. After each stage is complete the client will receive a link for payment and will be emailed a copy of the presentation documentation.
6. For products we recommend from a retail supplier, we will pass on a link for you to order direct. The client is responsible for checking all specifications and measurements for suggested furniture & decorative items prior to ordering.
7. EWD assumes no liability in any trades or construction associated with the provided concept.
