According to the W.H.O. 70% of our health and longeveity is determined by our health behaviours and physical environment.

 

 

Did you know that research has shown that people sleep longer in a blue room and that men who routinely sleep less than 5 hours a night have levels of Testosterone which is that of someone 10 years their senior?
